At Upookie, your satisfaction means the world to us. We carefully inspect every product before shipping, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Exchange/ Replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days to end customer.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Upookie will cover the return shipping cost for approved defective or damaged items.

Processing Time

Once your return or exchange is approved:

  • Refunds (if applicable) are credited within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.
